Salon Policies
 
 We strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
 
  • Appointments: Being fashionably late is great for cocktail parties but a nightmare for our therapists and other clients that follow. Cancellation notice is required.
  • Punctuality with your appointment times. If you are running late, we will try to accommodate you the best we can, however we may not be able to perform the full service, and you will be charged the full fee.
  • Facials & Massages we recommend arriving 5 min. prior to your appointment: if forms are required to be filled in or you need to use the bathroom this will not use your " actual treatment time"
  • For the respect of others please turn your mobile phone to silent.
  • We love children, but sometimes it is not appropriate to have them in the salon. It can hinder and distract the therapist from doing the best treatment. We take no responsibility at any time on your results, or their safety.
  • Any form of abuse towards staff will not be tolerated. Salon bans and forfeited appointments &vouchers will result.
 
Booking & Cancellation Policy
 
Rejuvin8 has a new Booking & Cancellation Policy designed to protect the day to day running of our business and keep things fair for all clients.
 
  • Bookings for any treatments one hour or over require a 50% deposit and/or Deal Voucher Code.
  • Appointments for Thursday nights and Saturdays fill up quick. You must book in advance.
  • With phone bookings, if their is no answer please leave a message with your name & contact number, and one of our therapists will return your call.
  • We require 24 hours notice (no phone messages on Sunday or Monday as salon is closed) for all cancellations.
  • If you are unable to make your appointment you may send a family member or friend in your place.
  • No Shows will lose deposit and forfeit Voucher (Our time has been lost therefore the Voucher will be forfeited).
 
Deal & Gift Vouchers
 
Deal &Gift Vouchers are subject to the following:
 
  • All Voucher appointments must be made by book by date (usually one month prior to expiry, please check your voucher) as the salon cannot accommodate with an overflow of last minute bookings.
  • Must be used within expiry date issued.
  • Voucher codes must be given when making booking. No code, No appointment.
  • Double and Group bookings are limited and subject to availability.
  • Cancellation Policy applies to Deal & Gift Voucher bookings
